Murray’s is an ANTIQUE SOCIAL HALL, offering sound system, air conditioning, in-house tables and chairs for 80, chandelier ambiance, outside patio, and optional beer and wine service.
RENTAL FEES
____ $50.00 clean and damage deposit, returnable if clean (mop ready) and
damage free
____ $300.00 for 6 hours (includes prep time and clean up) $400 if serving
alcohol plus price of alcohol
____ $500.00 for 12 hours (includes prep time and clean up) $600 with alcohol
plus the price of alcohol
____ $200 Business Rate for 3 hour meetings, weekdays or weeknights. $300 if
serving alcohol
____ ½ (+ $50) down to hold date. Balance 2 weeks BEFORE rental date. Add $50
per hour for more time
SERVING ALCOHOL: Murray’s is licensed to sell beer and wine, and state
regulates that outside liquor cannot be brought in. 5% -14% alcohol will be
purchased, served, and monitored by Murray’s staff.
___ Order, PREPAY, 2 weeks BEFORE booking date. Expect prices more than Sam's,
less than clubs.
___Renter agrees to protect guests from DWI and adhere to underage drinking
laws.
~~Catering, Carriages/limos, DJ, Special Music or Rentals arranged for cost
+10%.
~~ If available, day before decorating can be arranged. Hours spent subtracted
from rental hours
~~When using DJ EQUIPMENT, a competent DJ is requested and quality sound is not
guaranteed.
~~MURRAY’S is SMOKE FREE; outside patio deck is your option.
~~CANCELLATION: $50.00 is forfeited; one half is returned with one month’s
notice. Murray’s reserves the right to void this contract. If Murray’s voids
contract, then full refund is given. SNOW Date: No refund for bad weather, but
contract will be honored for 6 months to reschedule a new date.
~~MURRAY’S IS LICENSED AND INSURED, and signing below waives your OR YOUR
GUESTS’ right to hold Karen Whitesell, her designated agents, or Murray’s
Vintage Venue liable for any loses caused by accident, injury, thief, or
